Healthy Breakfast Ideas

When you start a new lifestyle, it can be quite overwhelming figuring out how to keep your diet healthy, nutritious AND exciting. What you have to do is stay creative and openminded. Never tried cauliflower in your oatmeal? Well, go for it because it’s freaking amazing. But, to make it easy for you guys, here are some of my staple breakfasts that I use during work days when I’m busy, days off and days I spend at my boyfriend’s and need things prepped to stay on track.
